CONTEST RULES "FRANCE ELEGANCE, 15 + - NAIL INSPIRED French fashion 20s TWENTIETH CENTURY "

1. The contest is open to anyone who wrote on the forum ENAS min. 15 posts.

2. The competition begins on 1 September 2010 and ends on 17 October 2010.

4. Admission work is to send good quality photos.

7. Photos may not be processed graphically signed or marked.

8. The work must be performed on at least one hand, any method extensions and nail. Photos must represent at least 5 nail stylized, we do not accept photos of one nail, or styling done on tipsach.

9. Stylized / extended fingernails must be useful - any shape nail.

10. Participation in the contest may also take minors.

11. Sent to evaluate the competition entries must be in accordance with the subject, otherwise will not be evaluated.

12. Competition entries can not be posted on the forums, blogs or websites to the end of the competition.
