The standard ISO 11014-1 defines the characteristics of the hand in another way. These cards according to those standards should include:

• product name and manufacturer's data
• chemical composition
• Risk phrases
• First aid procedures
• extinguishing procedure
• operating procedure in the event of leakage and contamination
• ways to store and handle
• description of the necessary precautions when in contact
• physico-chemical
• information on the durability and responsiveness
• information on the toxicity
• ecological information
• comments on the disposal
• information about the proper transport
• information on legal regulations concerning substances
• other information

Responsibilities of employers related to SDS

• updating at least once a year
• stored in a special segregatorze at a designated place and inform the staff
• organize some of the time training on reading cards
• read the cards to find out what safety enhancements are required to work with some products (gloves, masks), and so they must have some room

It should have a sheet in the living room, because all employees are aware of the dangers of the use of potentially hazardous substances, how to cope in the event of such a threat, as the stored waste and products fit for use and, if necessary, what protective equipment (masks, gloves) to use.
